Meet the Players – Alison
MEET THE PLAYERS
Last up is Alison who you’ll often see leading our quartet or trio.
Alison absolutely loves admin so deals with the day-to-day running of the quartet and she also writes a lot of our arrangements.
Since graduating from Chetham’s School of Music and the RNCM, Alison has worked with lots of professional orchestras around the Northwest, but mainly the BBC Philharmonic with whom she has performed regularly for 22 years.
Alison decided to build on her love of admin three years ago by training to become a virtual Executive PA, which she does on a freelance basis.
Alison has eclectic musical taste but, possibly surprisingly, rarely listens to classical music for fun.
She is an animal lover and has chickens, geese, turkeys (all strictly as pets) and a dog!
