A Joyous Celebration at Manchester Hall

On Friday, we had the honour of performing at Dave and Jake’s wedding ceremony in the breathtaking surroundings of Manchester Hall—exactly one week after our previous booking there. Moreover, it’s lovely to be on so many recommended‑supplier lists. In fact, being asked back so soon is a real honour.

Tradition and Love

Dave and Jake chose to weave a Buddhist element into their service. Accordingly, we softly played Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” under the celebrant’s words. This created an intimate, reflective moment. Furthermore, we’re always ready to accommodate all types of proceedings. For example, we’ve previously performed at handfasting ceremonies and even a traditional Scottish Quaich whisky‑blessing.

Musical Highlights of A Joyous Celebration at Manchester Hall

First, their grand entrance was to “Never Enough” from The Greatest Showman. As the soaring notes began, they walked down the aisle hand in hand. Their faces beamed with joy. Next, for their exit, they chose “Sweet Disposition” by The Temper Trap. Consequently, they stepped out through a tunnel of well‑wishers, confetti drifting like magic.

Dave and Jake’s friendliness shone through every detail. They surprised us with a beautifully designed thank‑you card, complete with a handwritten note. Obviously, it’s always special when couples acknowledge their musicians in this way. Thus, their thoughtfulness meant the world to our quartet.
