Ceremony at Combermere Abbey

We performed for Loren and Matthew’s ceremony in the orangery at Combermere Abbey, and every moment felt magical. Although our booking covered the ceremony, drinks reception, and wedding breakfast, the day flew by before we knew it. The venue’s historic beauty set the perfect scene.

Smart Groomsmen in Tweed

The groomsmen wore green tweed and looked exceptionally smart. Meanwhile, Loren made her entrance to Elvis Costello’s “She,” a choice that moved her to tears. It was an honour to witness such a heartfelt moment.

Signing Music Selections

Loren and Matthew chose Paul Weller’s “You Do Something To Me,” “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” and Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” for the signing of the register. Each selection felt deeply personal and perfectly suited the occasion.

Thoughtful Guest Comfort Details

Loren and Matthew thought of everything. They provided a basket of fans during the warm ceremony, flip‑flops for tired feet, and a remembrance display honouring loved ones who couldn’t attend. It was clear every detail was planned with care.

Drinks Reception & Mini Golf Fun

During the drinks reception, guests enjoyed mini golf while we performed pop classics. This playful activity added a lively contrast to the elegant setting.

Wedding Breakfast Music

When Loren and Matthew were announced for their meal, we played “Friday I’m in Love.” As the courses were served, we shifted to quieter pieces—such as “At Last,” “La Vie En Rose,” and “All of Me”—creating an intimate atmosphere.

Unexpected Treats for Musicians

After the main course, the couple surprised us with a delicious meal—far beyond the usual sandwich. This extra gesture truly impressed us and warmed our hearts.
