Emma and Joshua’s Wedding

Emma and Joshua’s Wedding

Sunny Summer Wedding at Casterton Grange

Emma and Joshua celebrated their wedding at the breathtaking Casterton Grange — our second visit to this exceptional venue in just four days. With glorious sunshine overhead, the ceremony took place outside on the terrace, surrounded by lush gardens and elegant architecture.

Thoughtful Touches and Homemade Treats

Before the ceremony began, we received a beautifully wrapped gift bag containing three chocolate brownies – the most delicious brownies!  Later, we discovered that Emma had baked them herself — and had also created her own wedding cake. It was not only visually stunning but featured three distinct flavours. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident throughout the day.

Elegant Floral Styling by Seed & Wild

The floral arrangements were truly beautiful. Pastel pink and white roses, carefully styled by Seed & Wild florists, adorned the terrace and reception spaces. Their soft tones complemented the natural surroundings perfectly and added a romantic touch to the entire celebration.

Wedding Ceremony Music and Special Commissions

We performed as a trio, setting up in the shade just off-centre on the terrace. With only 35 guests, the atmosphere felt intimate and relaxed. Emma made her entrance through the gardens to Lana Del Rey’s Video Games, a piece that continues to resonate with couples. During the signing, guests enjoyed A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman, and the exit music was a special commission: Marching On Together, the Leeds United theme — a personal and memorable choice.

Drinks Reception Entertainment and Guest Interaction

Following the ceremony, we moved further along the terrace to where drinks were being served and photographs were underway. From our new position, we could see the wedding breakfast setup — beautifully styled and full of character, as shown in our reel.

Emma and Joshua gave us free rein to select upbeat pieces for the drinks reception, which allowed us to tailor the mood to the moment. Several guests approached us with requests, and one was especially thrilled when we played Concerning Hobbits and Pirates of the Caribbean. It was a joy to witness such enthusiastic responses.

Gratitude and Final Reflections

Emma looked absolutely stunning, and both she and Adam expressed their thanks with warmth and sincerity. Their wedding was a perfect blend of elegance, personality, and heartfelt moments — a pleasure to be part of from start to finish.
