Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration, it’s helpful to understand how our fee structure works and how we time our breaks to support your day.
What Does the Fee Cover?
Our fees are based on total hire time, not just the minutes we spend playing. This means that if you book us for two hours, for example, that covers our full presence at your event: from the moment we arrive and set up, to the performance itself, to packing away. It’s all-inclusive, and ensures we’re there and ready when you need us.
We bring more than just music—we bring experience. We know how to read a room, adapt to last-minute changes, and coordinate with your schedule discreetly. Our aim is always to enhance the atmosphere without drawing attention to logistics.
When Do Breaks Happen?
For bookings of two hours or more, we include a 10-minute break per hour. These breaks are timed carefully—often during speeches, room changes, or natural pauses in the flow of the event. We’ll always find a suitable moment that won’t disrupt the experience. During shorter performances or ceremony-only bookings, breaks typically aren’t necessary because the natural structure of the event already provides pauses for us to work around.

If you’re hiring us just for your wedding ceremony, rest assured that we plan everything carefully. From guest arrival music to the processional, signing, and exit, we work with the timings of the ceremony to ensure smooth transitions—no separate breaks needed.
