Charlotte & Ian tied the knot in December at St George’s Hall, Liverpool. It’s one of the city’s most iconic wedding venues, with architecture that adds timeless elegance. Afterwards, guests moved to The Little Fox in Thornton Hough for a heartwarming reception.

Welcoming Atmosphere and String Trio Performance

As soon as we arrived, Charlotte’s parents greeted us with warmth and genuine kindness. Their welcome set the tone for the entire celebration. The Little Fox team were incredibly supportive too, making our string trio feel right at home in this intimate venue.

Romantic Music Choices That Truly Moved Guests

Charlotte curated a beautiful mix of classical pieces and romantic pop songs. We performed Van Morrison’s “Have I Told You Lately,” The Beatles’ “Blackbird,” and “Here, There and Everywhere.” That last piece was especially meaningful—it was their wedding entrance music. Playing it again added real emotional depth.

Guests shared so many compliments. One standout moment came from Charlotte’s parents, who are members of the Law Society. They kindly offered to recommend us to their legal contacts—a true honour for our trio.
