Jodie and James celebrated their wedding at St Paul of the Cross RC Church in Burtonwood. After ten years together, they chose a modern and welcoming church for their ceremony. This friendly church sits in the Burtonwood and Westbrook area of Warrington. It’s known for its warm community and connection to the local school. The setting felt peaceful and respectful, which suited the couple perfectly. Reverend John led the ceremony with humour and warmth. As a result, guests felt relaxed and engaged throughout. Moreover, the church’s inclusive nature made everyone feel welcome.
Reggie’s Role in the Ceremony
Jodie and James’ young son, Reggie, played a memorable part in the day. During the ring exchange, he dropped the rings from their cushion. Without hesitation, he crawled under a pew to retrieve them. The moment made everyone laugh, including Reverend John, who responded with good humour. Consequently, this light-hearted scene became one of the highlights of the ceremony.
